He has worked at the Department of Economics, Finance and Industry of France. He was an international secretary of GERB and is a Foreign Policy and European Affairs Adviser to the Prime Minister, Consul General of the Republic of Bulgaria in New York. He holds diplomas in international affairs and diplomacy from Tufts University, USA, and the management program at Harvard, USA. He taught Economics at the Institute of European Studies – University of Paris 8, European Politics in the Preparatory Course for ENA, Institute of Political Sciences of Paris, Laval University, Canada.
