A year after its start up, the Institute for Politics has started training new party leaders, representatives of the executive and local authorities. Politicians from all over the country have started their work on the Political Leadership program with an official opening in the Balabanov House, Plovdiv.
The oldest living city in Europe has once again boosted the knowledge and skills building of the course participants from the Institute with the accompaniment of traditional bagpipes and welcome addresses. Special guests to the event were Georg Georgiev, Deputy Foreign Minister and Chairman of MGERB, and Vyara Emilova, member of EB of BSP. They are both part of the first ‘Paisii Hilendarski’ class of the Institute of Politics. Both of them shared their satisfaction and gratification with their participation in the program.
Good luck and fair winds, decent causes and consistency wished to the newcomers Prof. Antoaneta Hristova, Chairman of the Management Board, and Kalina Krumova, Executive Director of the Institute of Politics.
